Step I.
--------
1.First you need Server Family OS like(2000,2003)
2.Need Public IP(You need to get ur own IP from Providers)
3.Configure the IIS(Internet Information Service(Server))
4.Create Virtual directory
5.Save your HTML Files In It
6.Now Type you IP/virtualDirectoryAlias/Filename.html
ex:-"http://10.1.1.150/agency/login.asp"
7.If its works in your local machine Thats all u finished it
8.That URL will Show ur HTML pages to the world
Step II.
--------
1.Some companys are there in mumbai to provide domain
2.search in net with some payments upload ur files
3.They provide ur URL that u like most

Hey bro.......There r many ways by which u can publish your web page.......first make a web page at www.freewebtown.com and then go to www.co.nr and register there

You need a webhosting.
I suggest you a free webhosting
freehostia.com
You need to upload your file with a FTP Program.
I suggest SmartFTP it is free too.

you have to get a domain name, and a host for example 1and1.com is really good, but you have to pay for it. ther eare free ones avalible, but you get ads on your site.
