Um, if you aren't throwing up food, then you're throwing up, like ... stomach acid. If you can't keep anything down, there's a risk that you'll get dehydrated.
Drink water and/or 7-Up constantly. Try to keep down some soup or soda crackers or popscicles. If you're not nauseous, then EAT.
If you're just puking 'cause you're nervous or something, then ... no big deal. I've thrown up before like two or three dance performances in the past.

When does it happen? And since you are only 12 years old, don't you think your elders are responsible for your health? Don't try to be needlessly brave. Tell your mom or dad and let them take you to a doc.

Are you a penis by any chance? Those first ejaculations can be quite a shocker for the unsuspecting member.

Moveing on... it doesn't sound healthy. It could just be something that you ate or drank. I saw mild meantioned, maybe yogurt or icecream, too. There's no way for anyone of us to know for sure, so please do make your way to a doctor ASAP or the ER if things get bad before that ASAP comes. And please, do forgive the initial comment.
