Scotty Pippen said he wants to play for a CONTENDER!!! right! well the only team that has been brought up so far is the MIAMI HEAT!!! they arnt contenders they are barely .500!!!! How come the Dallas Mavericks name hasnt been put in the hat already!!! since they are the BEST team in the NBA!!!!!

The Dallas Mavericks and Phoenix Suns, the NBA's top two teams, simply don't need Scottie Pippen. He's been out of the league for almost three years.
Scottie isn't gonna make a comeback to ride the pine. On a team full of veterans like the Heat, he'd see some playing time, and the Heat, frankly, could use him.

If he's really in shape like he says he is, I think the Mavericks would be perfect for him. Pippen gives them another long, athletic defender who can spot up for a J or a three. (Devean George pt II) Plus, I think he knows how to win.

The Heat are contender because the East is weak. Also, if you remember the Heat got hot at the right time last year.

i think scottie should go to a young contender team (like Cleveland, Wizards, Chicago) that needs that experience factor.
