All the internet sites are nowdays going for AJAX, which is Asynchronously getting the data from server to client. This may not worked best with the text editors like lynx. (I never used lynx). Same thing with web browsers. If they dont support Activex (or XMHTTPObject), you cant view the website with its full suppport.

Yahoo is accessable from all computers as long as it has a internet connection.

I agree... I'm viewing it in lynx and it looks like crap. Didn't they take such things into account? Hell, I was even willing to view it in internet explorer, but even then it looked like crap in IE 3.0. WTF is with these pathetic designers?
