Archaeologists have discovered the remains of two skeletons dating back over 5,000 years ago who were buried locked in an embrace like lovers, and have named them "Romeo and Juliet", because of how they died early in life.
They don't know however, if they were really lovers, because they have not done any study on the skeletons yet to determine sex, so for all we know, it could be two girls in that position or a brother and sister.

Archaeologists in ITALY have found an ancient gravesite containing the skeletal remains of a man and woman holding hands and facing each other.
Based on skeletal size alone, they appear to be husband and wife. But no detailed analysis has been completed as yet.
I do not recall other details. Try googling 'Italian Skeletons Found"
News articles may give news on 6000 BC or whatever.

Very cool story, google it.
It was about a couple that they discovered the remains of that appeared to have been locked in an embrace some 5,000 years ago.
I would hope that my hubby and I would be discoverd that way in 5,000 years, too.
