i own a repair shop, and i have a few customers who own Lexus, cars they have tendency to pull to the lower side if the road,a lot of this is in the alignment on it,and some in the tire pressure also, when they get out of alignment they pull to the lowest part of the road,,you need to take it in and tell them to be sure and check the camber alignment really good, use a good shop to have this done, they,ll have newer equipment and it will allow them to do a better job on it,good luck,i hope this help,s.

If it pulls to the side all the time, you have a brake caliper sticking, causing drag on one side. If this is the case, get it fixed immediately!
If it only pulls when going over ridges, then it's the alignment. To explain: when you turn a corner, the inside wheel turns tighter than the outside wheel, since the radius of it's turn is smaller. So, the car naturally wants the wheels to be splayed slightly when cornering. Too much toe-out makes the car want to turn when driving straight, because when a wheel hits a bump, that wheel is pushed backwards momentarily, splaying the wheels a little, and making the car steer briefly in that direction (even though the steering wheel may not be moving at the time.) The only fix for this is to get an alignment. The good news? They usually only cost between $50 and $75, depending on where you go.
PS: Worn-out ball joints or a bad tie-rod end can also cause this problem, but that's unlikely on a car that's only 5 years old.

could be a brake problem or alignment if it is doing it when your just going straight down the road and if it has been in an accident your frame could be slightly bent (not sure if your car has a frame) get it checked out

You could need an alignment, there might be something wrong with the tires or even the brakes. Get it checked out as soon as possible.
Good Luck.

severe alignment problem. Although cars are designed to naturally pull slightly to one side. Anything severe should be checked out.

could be anything from a low tire, to sticking brakes, to a bad wheel bearing. You should go to a tire shop like Les Schuab or something and have them inspect it for you, or your Lexus dealer if you still go there for service.

If you have too much air in the tires it will do this. Put the recommended air in them and check with two different guages.
