How can I make a yahoo answers website? What HTML code do I need to create my own yahoo?

Please give me the codes so I can make html sites like yahoo answers..

Firstly, right-click on any web page and select "view source" or something similar to see the HTML.

Secondly, if you have to ask, you are nowhere near competent enough to start such a project. You will need to learn HTML/XHTML, Java scripting, PHP/ASP, database manipulation, to name just a few skills required.
