When you walk the streets of Los Angeles EVERYBODY thinks they're a celebrity!
I remember sitting at a restaurant and being greeted with the usual "Hello, how are you today?" question by just such a celebrity hopeful. getting sick and tired of being asked the same questions... I told her how terrible I felt and that my haemmoroids were giving me some serious pain. It was nice to see her confused reaction and to finally see someone totally lost for words.
In my mind - she'd failed the screen test! And so does the rest of LA.

Yes! I live in L.A. and see celebrities all the time. It's like US Weekly claims, "Stars...They're Just Like Us!"
A great celebrity-spotting place is the Arclight Cinemas in Hollywood. I've seen Elisha Cuthbert, Anna Farris, Salma Hayak, Ed McMahon, Paul Reiser, Justin Timberlake, Cameron Diaz, Jennifer Coolidge, Eric Idle, Johnny Knoxville, Haylie Duff.
You can also see lots of celebrities by hiking through Runyon Canyon, also in Hollywood. We've seen Jake Gyllenhall, Queen Latifah, Laurence Fishburne, Kathy Griffin, and Robert Patrick, among others, up there.
Otherwise, I've seen celebrities at various restaurants, grocery stores, at the airport, at the mall, driving, walking, etc. Even though I live here I still get excited when I see someone famous!

Never was one to celeb-spot when I lived there, but saw - even met - a lot of celebs. It depends on where you live and/or hang out. A number of celebs hung out at my favorite watering hole (which was a 2 minute walk from my house). I saw quite a few shopping in my local grocery store. But a lot of celebs lived in the area where I lived (Laurel Canyon).
When I lived in another part of West Hollywood, I had a yard sale and a couple of celebrities came and bought stuff. Yes, they're just like us! Encountered quite a few celebrities on the street in Beverly Hills and Westwood, happened to be with people who actually knew them at the time, so was introduced.

it style of feels California, Texas, and 2 different interior of reach states are in a non-stop potential of adjusting inhabitants. i've got lived in CA and TX. right this is my take. l. a. has extra useful climate than maximum all of TX, however the CA fee of residing is outrageous. do not have confidence apartment classified ads. in case you call, you will locate the actual fee is a few hundred better than marketed. condo fees variety wildly, so assume which you will get a $2 hundred/month boost once you renew your hire. for the duration of the housing growth, apartment rents doubled in some years. Yep, they particular did. Then they fell, then they went up back. in the journey that your blended earnings isn't in the six figures, you will stay like decrease center classification. Even at six figures, you will not stay almost besides as in TX. you replace climate for a chit fees account, going out to dinner, entertainment, etc. pay interest to that decrease cost fees account. and don't overlook to take yet another 8% or so out of your month-to-month earnings to pay state taxes, which TX does not have. so some distance, you would be paying $800+ extra according to month to stay in l. a.(it quite is being conservative). till you have an fairly sturdy earnings, do not assume to purchase a house till a unload is your theory of a house. in case you have not been to l. a. and think of you are able to artwork in l. a. and stay way exterior of it, check out the area making use of MapQuest or comparable and see in simple terms how many miles you are able to actual could force. A map of l. a. is deceiving - the section is substantial. and then assume somewhat some site visitors to slow you down. l. a. used to have frequently friendly, person-friendly going people. not so to any extent further by using fact people from throughout have moved to l. a. and the subculture has grow to be rougher and ruder. On good of it, l. a. has somewhat some unlawful immigrants - better than Texas). In some factors, you would be undertaking to prejudice and the concepts-set which you're an outsider; it quite is totally on your face. So walk around, pass into somewhat some shops and quickly food places in the section you're thinking approximately residing in and see in case you get an concepts-set in the previous you're making any determination approximately residing there. Myself, i'm headed back to TX.
