Your sister is just trying to protect you. Even though you don't understand it & you think it's stupid, your sister is looking out for you. There are creeps on the internet & friends or not, it's a dangerous place. If anything, you should thank your sister for caring so much about you. She's doing this because she knows it's not a safe place for someone young to be.

Find out her reasons for it.
Most of the time and most likely this is the case: Your sister doesn't want you to get kidnapped, raped, or anything of the like. Trust me, I used to be like you and think, "These people are my friends." But the more I thought about it, the more cautious (not scared) I become. I started to lower the rate of online friends I had. I only have 1 and we send videos, pics and call each other sometimes.
Listen to your sister, no matter how tempting it may be to go and disobey her. She might just save you from something that could really hurt you-no joke.
All the best!

Listen to your sister and wait until you're 18 and can talk to your online friends in the real world.
How old are you?
It sounds like you're around 14, and at that age talking to people on the internet, regardless of how friendly they may seem, is still REALLY dangerous. It's hard to see in yourself, but you're still too trusting of people.
I'm sure these people are great and nice and wonderful, but for right now just leave them online.

Trust her. You never know who you're talking to online...only who they say they are. Girls are loured out into trouble every day with the net so just trust your sis for awhile. It's you that she's worried about, it's not just a bossy thing.
I tried to get my nephew to stop talking to starngers on the net, but his dad got mad at me for interfering and the kid ended up in jail one night at 15 years old because he threatened someone. What if that had been you he'd threatened?
Listen to your sis...she loves you and wants what's best for you even though it may seem that she's just being difficult.
