Don't know. The only way to find out is alot of DNA testing, that is if you want to know if many Native Americans have black blood. We have red blood like everyone else, I guess you mean African American blood.
But, to answer your question the way it sounds, yes, Native Americans "do" have Native American in their family.
Do a search for all the words Seminole Freemen. This will give you a great insight into the relationship between the Native Americans and African Americans.

Yes, that is true on both sides. Starting before the Civil War many black people and Native Americans lived in the same poor areas, and intermarried. They shared some cultural values that the "European" people lacked, and and they lacked some of the white bigotry. And more than other Europeans I hear of Irish and Scotts stired into that melting pot.

conisdering there are more black people in this country then native american people. of corse it is the same for the native american people in this country. i am from conncticut and i have mohegan in me. i chose not to join the tribe. but on the reservations in the pequot tribe as well as the mohegan there are more black native american families then full blooded or half white. i went to oklahoma for 3 months and the cherokee there have many black familes rather then white or full blooded.

It's probably more true in some areas and tribes then it is for others. Most people these days are a mix of something, and of course there are those that are also partly black. But there are also others that instead are partly Irish, or Scottish, and so on...
