okay calm down everythings going to be okay. LOL !!! okay that whole acne thing i don't know what's causing that!! sorry. but my period just finished today so i know what you mean when you say you have to run to the washroom every 5 seconds. Here's a tip it may feel like pee is dribbling out or like you just peed your pants, but don't sweat it it's just the blood flowing out so as long as your wearing a pad you should be fine! it's definetly one of those things we girls have to deal with . UGH Periods you get cramps, salt and sugar cravings and your grouchty oh what fun! anyway i brake out with 2 or 3 pimples before my period and usually end up with 10 by the end like now my face looks like a pizza. LOL Just trying to make you laugh. so i suggest using ProActive it works so good! and that "smell from down there is just discharge (that yucky stuff left inside of you after your period) don't worry about it your body's just trying to cleanse it's self so snuggle up in bed with a blanket some munchies and watch a favorite flick (mines R.V. and Little Manhattan my Boyfriend Josh Hutcherson is in it he plays Carl in R.V. and Gabe in Little Manhattan, he's such a good kisser and UBER SWEET) i hope i helped some what Love

Alot of what your talking about is genetic but there is only one thing that can help it and that's personal discipline. Get disciplined to exercise, drink lots of water, eat your fruits and veggies and start taking a good vitamin and you should see a doctor and try an antibiotic - if that doesn't work - they can do a culture on the bacteria and perscribe an antibiotic that works. Sometimes, doctors don't want to perscribe antibiotics all the time but it sounds like you're case is serious enough to warrant it.

Witch hazel works wonders for spots, try not to use oily make-up and wash your face every morning. Also pure tea tree works really well. Acne can be a hormonal thing, does it run on the family? If you are really conserned talk to your doctor, they can put you at ease. good luck!

I think you need to see a doctor also. It could be some kind of hormonal imbalance. You are not going to get the medical advice and help you need on Yahoo.

try to avoid oily foods, drink lots of water 8 to 16 glasses a day, water helps to flush away your impurities..try to eat foods that are rich in fiber, vitamin A and E..they act like an antioxidant to our skin. and wash your face daily..and use sulphur soap or any brands that have salicylic acid content.
I hope it can help you

It is normal for some women. I have the same problem. it has to do with your hormones..which get really out of wak that time of the month. one thing i have found helps is using baby wipes instead of TP when you go. and use tampons intead of pads.

Then why haven't you gone to the dermatologist?
Bad smells from your vagina? Then you aren't clean down there--even if you are having your period you shouldn't have a bad smell if you keep yourself clean.
