How do you clear temporary files on Mozilla Firefox?

Tools menu > Clear Private Data
or hotkey Ctrl+Shift+Del

to completely wipe them:
get this: http://www.analogx.com/contents/download/system/shred.htm
or
http://www.tolvanen.com/eraser/

and delete everything here:
C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Local Settings\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\RANDOM.default\Cache

USERNAME - Your username on windows
RANDOM - Some random letters that firefox names the folder

Make sure that 'cache' is selected
