The easiest way I know of is to render the paint non-hazardous. Take the buckets all outside, open them up, and wait until they have dried completely. It may take a while, condisering the time of year, but once the paint has solidified, you can dispose of it with your household garbage.

The Waste Management department has events where they pick up what they consider household waste. They list them on their website, but they haven't had any yet for 2007 listed. I would call them and find out when the next one is and if they are not having one soon, what to do with it. I'm attaching a link to their website that lists their contact info. =)

Wait until 3 am. Sneak over to your neighbors car and paint it for him. He will wake up the next morning and be delighted. It is a great way to get to know your new neighbors too.

Call your fire dept. They can tell you where to take it to be disposed of.
