I dont know a wife....but I know an actual mayor. Heres some info:

Dr. Willie W. Herenton, Mayor of Memphis, TN

On Oct. 9, 2003, Dr. Willie W. Herenton became the first mayor in the history of the city of Memphis to be elected to a fourth consecutive term as mayor. Dr. Herenton made history in 1991 when he became the first African-American to be elected mayor of Memphis.
