Funny, both skin so soft and nail polish remover contain, as their main ingredient, acetone. Sounds like a good bet.
Or, a razor blade? if possible. Good luck. time helps, believe it or not. Water and effort will eventually work, if you can keep at it.

I'd try acetone or a paint stripper, especially one with methylene chloride. super glue cross links so will not dissolve - the best you can hope for is it will soften enough to be scraped away.
Super glue is not very thermally resistant, so you could try burning it away if you wouldn't damage surrounding materials.

Skin So Soft by Avon has been excellent in removing glue from areas.
