It really depends how hard you hit it and how bad it is swelling and how much bleeing is going on. Which nobody online can tell. Get a family member or friend to take a look. I would say that if the bleeding isnt bad and wouldnt need stiches, take an aspirin, lay down with an ice pack and relax.
Just to be on the safe side I would have someone stick around with you for a while. If the swelling/bleeding does not go down bu morning then I would take a trip to the hospital.

Well, if it's serious, YOU should get medical attention. If it were me, I'd probably just ice it down and stay awake for the next 13-17 hours. Sleeping can lead to increased complications with head injuries. I would only do this because I don't like medical professionals.

Go to an emergency room or 24 hour emergency clinic. You could have damage to the eye and/or a concussion.

GO TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM!
Better safe than sorry, and you won't get into a doc at this hour or on such short notice. Let them know everything that happened and go from there. Hopefully it's nothing, but you never know... so go! NOW!

go see a doctor you eye should not bleed you may have scratched a vain dont mess around with this even if you dont have insurance go to a clinic just to be safe.

OUCH... sounds like you really need to go to the emergency roon in the hospital emediately ,let them check it out and they will help you...it sounds serious...hope you get better
