Although I felt fear and I mean the hares standing straight up, knees weakening with a lump in my throat I found that by acting bold and hanging on to what is the right thing to do has carried me though the toughest times in my life. And guess what? it works. Acting like you have courage is the first step to possessing it. Good luck

I am bad at bottling my emotions up inside...which isnt good for anyone...but when a situation comes up that is very hard for me...I hide it pretty good...its when I get alone...is when I let my pain out....no one knows that I stay depressed 90% of the time. A person always thinks they will handle a situation one way until it happens then they dont handle it that way.....thats normal..we are all talk...most people are anyway...but it helps me to say this to myself..."God dont give us no more then we can handle"...that is more then likely the reason I am getting through life one day at a time.

Many times in my life i have looked death in the face and at those times i drew My strength for God my Father. When all you have and all you know is not enough then just call on the Lord your God and he will indue you with power. You will mount up with wings as an eagle and nothing shall come neigh unto you. Remember this When God is for you no one can be against you. With God nothing is imposable.

Head on, and one day at a time. That's how! Hold Your chin up and never be ashamed, or apologetic, for being Who or What You are! Start saying "sorry' now and before You know it it will have become Your epithet.

I survived what I anticipated to be my biggest life challenge --- It was fine --- but --- although I instantly sailed through it, I'm still trying to get my life back on course after that mega wave. I think I'm stagnating, and just floating really.

i don't think i have ever dealt with difficulty and hard situations with grace and ease...it has always been kicking and screaming, and trying to do anything else but what i needed to do...
i think it is part of our human nature...and part of what makes hard situations hard...
we get through them, and come out the other end o.k. but rarely if at all with grace.
so....you ain't the lone ranger here, kid.

Booze, but i wouldnt' recommend it ;)
When it comes to matters of the heart, you just have to see it as a learning experience, something that will make you wiser and stronger as a person.

I have had to beat cancer. About 2 years ago I was diagnosed with Testicular cancer. It was hard but always pray and look for god to be in your life he will always help you out. Never take life for granted. Always have your family by your side they can always help you out.

Just tell yourself that you can do it, then "suck it up" and do it. Keep telling yourself, "No pain!" You'll start to believe it and once you get through a few tough times like that you'll gain more confidence.
