What would be a good college to go in the South if that is true?

Girls are the reason why you pick the College. Yeah.....rrrrright.
Girls are beautiful everywhere. Southern girls, I reckon, especially in Texas are the hottest in the nation.
But then, I am the kind of guy who will go for anything with a hole and a heartbeat. Kitchen faucet (no heart beat haha) will do in a pinch sometimes.......Lol.
Don't go by me. But I will tell you this - when it comes to choosing a college for furthering my education it is a serious business. Girls are a bonus of course. A nice spice to add to your sumptuous meal.
I can't live without girls.

Well I don't know about the girls but I do know about the guys!! The south do make the hottes men! I am a girl after all!! A girl will look at a hot guy! LOL!

Yes that is true because the climate in the south is hotter, so naturally that would make the girls in the south hotter too. Up north is where it is cold, so the girls up there would be colder.

I don't know, i guess Brazil, Argentina and Venezuela has the hottest girls, but i do like blondes of course, so i would go to Miami, tan blonde girls topless laying in the hot sand, yeah saw that and i don't mind seeing it again.

I wouldn't pick a college based on the girls. There are attractive girls everywhere, and no specific place is guaranteed a better selection. They do studies on which cities have high obesity rates, you could avoid those, just to be safe.
