Even if you watch it for the drama, the drama is nothing but rehashes. You can only stretch a storyline so far. The same thing happens over and over. There's a limit to how many storylines you can repeat. Pro-wrestling is dead.

This category is misnamed, it should be named TV/fake/Professional wrestling.
It is an insult to REAL wrestling.

In case you haven't noticed, WWE's Raw and Smackdown shows are selling out arena's all over the U.S. and now they are starting to travel around the world more. If pro wrestling is dead, and it is not, then why is that?
To me, watching wrestling is a nice escape from reality. A fun, and yes, very predictable outlet from the stresses of every day life. Most of the fun is trying to guess who is slated to win the match. Even when you know that one guy would kill the other in a "real" brawl.
It is entertaining, thus, World Wrestling Entertainment.

Because its entertainment its no different from a reality TV much like real world or anything else
and that's why Vince McMahon never even calls wrestlers as wrestlers he calls them superstar and he never even acknowledges a wrestling match as a wrestling match he calls it A GOOD IN RING ACTION
Pro wrestling was never a real sport, its an act with lots of stunts done by highly trained professionals with story lines and acting
which makes it no different from any reality TV show

I haven't seen wwe in so long....in fact the last time I watched it was called wwf back then, hehe
At that time, when I did watch, it was entertaining for me(even though I knew it was fake) and some of the guys were hot too, so that's why I use to watch...but like you said, the same repeat story lines get old fast, which is why I haven't watched again since back then

It's boring to me but entertaining to others

first off its not "fake", me as well as many othere wrestlers face pain every othere day. the fake part that your talking about that most of the matches are pre-determend. people watch the shows for eaither entertainment or simple for the love of the sport you dont have to be a fan but there is no reason to talk crap about it. i have had my more the fair share of injurys from this SPORT and to me thats not fake.
