I think I have lost my mind.. I have lost 3 people in the last year whom were very close to me and my family. For the past month I keep getting this feeling like one of them is desperatly trying to tell me something. I have dreams but only remember bits and pieces and the feeling is just SOOOO strong. I'm going on a limb here but anyone have any ideas?

When the only thing you can remember is bits and pieces of dreams, consider this to be a message--your life is in bits and pieces, and one of the loved ones is trying to help you to put it in order. It makes sense, but if you are unsure, take your dream into a meditation or a day-dream; say your favoured prayer and ask for a confirmation or clarification, breath deeply, close your eyes, relax and let go. See what happens. . . Good luck!
P.S. It does help to record your dreams immediately upon awakening, you can use a dream journal or a voice activated mini recorder. I hope you'll find peace and solace soon.

I always felt like you do. I lost my stepfather years ago but would always have dreams about him. I thought was he trying to tell me something? I started to keep track of the dreams and what if anything did they have in common. I realized that they all had a same theme of stress and yelling and arguing. My step dad was a great person but we did have a somewhatstressfull relationshop. bottom line I was dreaming of him and reliving the emotions of when he was alive. I now realize that there was no message from the grave.
I am so sorry that you have lost your loved ones but rest assured that God is taking care of everything and that no they are not trying to contact you from the great beyond. I am postive they are happyier in heaven then possible on earth.

It means that you are sensitive and responsive to things yet unknown. In time you will resolve all you need to know. The key is not to try too hard or you will read things into it. Let it happen on it's own time frame. And remember, not the dreams, but the live time. I hope this helps.

I'm a big fan of Sylvia Browne (famous psychic). I've read a lot of her books, and also watch her every Wed. on Montel Williams. She says that our loved ones who have passed on try to communicate with us in many different ways. Dreams are one way. They will give you signs, like scents that you may associate with them, or coins put in obvious places to find, or they may send birds to you in unusual ways. They may ring the phone, or turn lamps and tvs and sterios on and off (this happened to a friend of mine after her husband died). She says that when they do these things, they are just trying to let us know that they are doing fine and are happy on the other side. I encourage you to read her books, they really open your eyes. I like her a lot, and she always keeps God at the center of everything, and she uses her psychic gift to help people.

I would say your subconscious mind was working thru all the trauma of your recent losses. Alternately, someone from the other side wants to say they love you and not to worry, because they are fine.

keep a notebook and pen at your bedside. When you have a dream write down what you can remember. Maybe it will start to make sense.
