That wasn't Shorty McShort Shorts but I know what you're talking about. It doesn't really have talking, it's just bug noises and it kinda looks like Bugs Life, right? I love that little show.

No, it's not a Shory Mcshort short. It is called "The Buzz on Maggie". It was on Disney on weekends for quite sometime, but now they only air it at night.
