how can i rip scenes not chapters from a dvd to watch on the playstaion portable?

for example i want to rip a 30 minute scenr which has 9 chapters i want the whole 30 minute movie not 9 seperate movies

Assuming that you are aware that anytime you bypass (crack) the security feature of a dvd you are in violation of the a copyright law, then you can continue. First off, you need to crack the security feature of the DVD so that you can copy the VOB files (video) onto your HDD. An excellent FREE tool that will do this is called DVDFab Decryptor.
