I too was taken off birth control pills about a year and a half ago.My periods would come every two to three weeks apart. My doctor told me that it would take awhile for my body to adjust. My last two periods have been normal(26 days apart). So hopefully my body has adjusted. If you have any concerns, see your doctor.Good luck!!!

If you're checking fertility signs and have been having sex at the right times in your cycle, it's possible that there may be another health concern like polycystic ovarian syndrome or a thyroid issue, or a blocked tube, or any of many other things that can affect fertility. If you're under 35 and have been trying for a year, it might be a good time to talk to your doctor or other health care provider about things, including the irregular cycle you're having right now, to make sure things are okay, and if not, to treat them, so that you can go on to have a healthy pregnancy.
Good luck.

I actually had the same exact problem with my first pregnancy. I was on BC for about 6 months and then went off of it and I had spotting and then a period, and then off and so on and on. It went on for a few months and then after like the 3rd month when I regulated again I got pregnant immediately.(within a month) so this is normal you have been on BC longer than what I was on it for and you will probably be unregular for awhile more but then all of a sudden you will regulate and probably get pregnant.

you're in probability of being pregnant, besides the undeniable fact that maximum pregnant women folk do not have classes. that is even plausible--besides the undeniable fact that unusual--to get pregnant once you're on your era, so play it secure. have you ever heard of polyurethane condoms? They shouldn't reason hypersensitive reactions. you are able to also check out the NuvaRing, a vaginal ring you replace in trouble-free terms once a month.
