that's not right. you definitely can study hard. only thing is that you have to believe in yourself that you can do it and then find out a way that with make your study interesting. different people have different perceptions and different styles, so if a style or an approach, towards the studies, suites many people doesn't mean will suite you too. As your question shows your willingness to learn, you just need to observe why you don't find it interesting and look for the solution.
i am sure you will find a way but for that you need to put lot of thinking and hard work and most importantly the continuous focus till you find the solution.

Simply because the subjects you are studying do not give you any interest!! And it seems that you are learning all those junks by heart for nothing.
Try to find the interesting part, the WHY of what you are learning and never say to yourself that something is like this just because it is so, try to find the HOW.
enjoy what you learn and you'll never need to study hard!!

Studying hard and studying smart is two different phenomenon. The former is time oriented and the latter is result oriented. For studying smart, you have to acquire learning skills. If needed take a special course.

"Interest and Involvement " is the most important thing in any activity which we involves .
Eg , if a film is interesting to you it makes you to sit and watch for 3 hrs , with full concentration in the dialogues and scenes in the film,
Same applies here, start studying with an involvement you will find it interesting and innovative.
