I think it's Scooter and Megan. Some of the cast appeared on the Dr. Keith show and Megan flashed an engagement ring. She said she broke up with her boyfriend right after the show ended because he was the kind that would get mad if she gained a pound. Now... she has found a man who loved her for who she really is. hmmmm....
