i am a black man and i must say that we as blacks have oppertunities to become whatever we want but we have to start by pulling our pants up and combing our hair,no it's not all of us but some make it bad for all. we are mad about things that don't go our way and we love to blame others,we have start in the mirror.look at your self and say" would i hire me?" i don't like finger pointing we all have a chance in america some of us will have a lesser chance but we still have a chance!
