I won't know if Avocados have any curing effect on an enlarged prostrate gland, but I know the following Homeopathic Remedies which can cure an enlarged prostrate gland, without any side effects or complications of any kind :-

(1) BELLADONNA (2) ARSENICUM ALBUM (3) THUJA, all of the above in 30X potency three times a day, half hour before meals along with (1) SULFUR and (2) ARNICA in 200 potency once daily for three days after that just once a week and (1) SABAL SERRULATA Q (Mother Tincture) and (2) CHIMAPHILA Q (Mother Tincture) 15 to 20 drops in half a tumbler of hot water three times a day. Take the above prescription for 15 days and please report back with your progress and conditions after taking them for 15 days.
Avoid taking Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Alcoholic Drinks and Carbonated drinks while taking Homeopathic remedies and keep the medicines away from Strong Smells and Perfumes, Direct Sunlight and Heat, store them in cool dark place and do not put them in the refrigerator in any circumstances. And take the medicines exactly as prescribed, do not try to repeat or exceed the suggested dosage .
No Side Effects or Complications, that's the beauty of Homeopathic medicine they cure 100% without any complications or Side Effects.

Take Care and God Bless you !

The usual herbal treatments for benign prostate enlargement are saw palmetto berries, nettle root extract or tincture, and extract from the bark of the African pygeum tree.

Preparations with one, two or all three of these components are sold in health food stores and pharmacies with a strong natural remedies division. Perhaps you could find a store with a trained naturopath on staff (keep in mind, though, that he or she is there to sell product, so it would be even better if you could find a graduate naturopath with nothing to gain from pushing a particular product to help you.)

Pygeum is promising in that it's not widely known in north America but is prescribed by doctors in France, a generation or two after French doctors were introduced to this plant's use by Africans in what was then French equatorial africa.

The use of saw palmetto berries is widely known in north America. Stinging nettle roots less so, but combined with either or both of the other plant materials will produce a synergistic effect.

Avocados, peppers and salsa are not known to reduce benign prostate hyperplasia.

Wishing you the very best.
