Every gay man (or woman) doesn't want every man they see. So it really shouldn't affect you at all. Are you afraid he's going to hit on you, or make you feel uncomfortable in some way? If he was your friend before, you should still be his friend now or you guys weren't real friends at all. Think about it, if you had a secret about yourself to tell and your "friends" turned on you how would you feel, he's still the same person you've laughed with and hung out with. And as long as he's not freaking you why do you care? And for the future, don't give out his name you may have been the first people he told and the internet is a big place. To John good luck and God bless( we're all his children even if he doesn't like the choices we make).

Why would you mention someone's name? What cruel person you are. Who are you that you 'have to do something' this is someone elses life. If he was a friend before, treat him as a friend now. Everybody makes different life choices. Would you want to be alienated because of your looks or lifestyle. I'm not approving of the choice, just merely saying that if he is your friend then be a friend. Be honest. Tell him you are uncomfortable with it and see if the friendship can go on. If not, part as friends. If people make comments be a man - don't fall into the trap of discussing your friends life. Good luck

i don't really care what the guy's name is. I don't know him. It makes no difference to me...Just try to accept it and don't treat him any differently than before. It's not like he's a freak or anything. He's normal. Just in a way thats different from you.

When he came out to you, did he also ask you to tell his name to the world?
You are such a sensitive guy. Maybe he told you so you would stay away from him:)
