Have Jack and Peter cross the river in the boat. Then Jack goes back and picks up Sofi and crosses the river. You are not saying how much these people wiegh...

I think you forgot to include, that 2 of them weigh 50kg each and one weighs 100kg.
The 2 small ones go across first, one is left on the other side, while the remaining one goes back to get the heavy one, who crosses by himself. Then the light one goes back to pick up his double.
