I would say Good Times because this show had a lot of different personalities, it not only was funny funny funny, but would have a moral for each episode -sometimes on a very serious topic.

All In the Family and Barney Miller had great writing week after week AND casts that seem sent from God.
Sanford and Son was drop dead funny because Fred Sanford just let it rip and told everyone why they were losers.
Good Times had JJ - unique and spot on by Jimmy Walker. Also, had Esther Rolle who gave everything substance.
The Jeffersons also drop dead hilarious with an incredible cast of wonderful comedians.
All in the Family because it was wonderful non-PC and did a number on all races, religions, creeds, colors, cultures and sexual orientations. Love it. Also, Carrol O'Conner was a genius. Miss him.

#2 - All In The Family
It was a ground-breaking show! It took on topics and stereotypes that television TODAY will not take on. They were fearless, honest, and FUNNY!!!
And besides, of the 5 shows you mentioned... Only 'All In The Family' is in the Smithsonian Museum!!! Archie's chair is immortalized there forever along side the Fonz's jacket and the original Kermit the Frog puppet.

I'd have to say All in the Family by far. It was a comedy but it touched on subjects that we'd be too P.C. to tackle now. Actually all of those old shows did that. It was quality entertainment not just a series of sex jokes and innuendo. All in the Family held a mirror up to all of our prejudices and made us face it with humor and intelligence.

I think 'All In The Family'. Before Archie Bunker, television was more 'I Love Lucy', 'I Dream of Jeannie', 'Bonanza', and similar junk. Archie dragged prejudice out of its cozy little closet and exposed just how ridiculous it was. The show also tackled some issues that few shows before it dared to: the war in Viet Nam, homosexuality, menopause, depression. It was ground-breaking.
(Oh yes, and I loved the moment when Sammie Davis Jr. kissed Archie on the cheek.)

2) All in the Family - for a lot of reasons:
-It showed the adults of the day just how ridiculous they sounded
-It lasted on TV the longest, and has aired reruns the most
-It addressed all sorts of topics
-Carroll O'Connor and Rob Reiner were great enemies
-It had so many famous guest stars
-It kept everyone politically informed
-All of the others might not have come to be if "All in the Family" had not made it--it was the first of many great TV shows.

"All in the Family" was the best show for ground-breaking tv.
"Barney Miller" had the best opening theme music.
"Good Times" had the best "sister in a tight sweater".
"The Jeffersons" was the best show Lenny Kravitz's mother was ever on.
"Sandford and Son" just sucked.
