I try to give someone a thumbs up and it says I cannot rate this answer right now, so I go down to the next answer & it lets me rate it. So then I go back to the one that it wouldn't let me rate & it still won't let me rate it, but will let me rate another further down. So, I go on to the next question to rate another answer, same thing, except now it tells me my session is up, so I log off & then back on again & it is the same thing again. Logged off again, same thing over & over ............well, you got the picture. WTH !!!!

Yeah, but it only does it if you've already thumbed it and you reloaded the page by leaving and pushing "Back"... at least that's why it does it with me. Push Reload and Try Again!

i've got been having that on and rancid considering they did the facelift some months in the past. no longer something deadly. the explanation I study is they path via backup servers for the duration of situations of heavy site visitors and the backup servers are no longer waiting to get admission to the database for some products of consumer guidance.
