Only 2007 Norton Products are Vista Compatiable or Vista ready. Everything else is no good except for older computers still on XP. I was gonna update to vista beta and found out when I asked Norton bout 6 months ago.

attempt eset node 32 version 4. Its a sturdy anti virus which takes in elementary words very a lot less reminiscence and detects each and every of the viruses at the same time with secret agent wares. or you should use kaspersky 2009. its also a touch rated product. i'm making use of that product with vista. i'm no longer in favour of making use of norton because it takes more than a number of reminiscence and the gadget receives slower. you may also use Avira or Avg. I want avira compared to avg

i don't know i don't have windows vista. but it looked cool to me i still have windows xp on my computer. i also had to take off my Norton's anti-virus cause it wouldn't work no more with my windows xp so my husband and i got another anti-virus its alot better than Norton's it has a spy ware and a virus and spam blocker etc on it OK. and it was free its the only one besides stop sign that will work on my computer OK.so check them out cyber defender and stop sign

Several things don't work with Vista including old hardware drivers.

You will need to purchase a newer version of antivirus that's compatible with Vista.

MS has done many things to 'improve' the OS, but it causes most security software to stop working.

yeah the others are correct - it has old drives there are very few that work with vista at this stage - they are working on them so wait and they will probably issue an updated driver soon.
