Personally I love unisex names-for girls. A lot of boys would be made fun of if they were called Ashley or Kerry or Whitney. Not that they aren't cute names, just maybe a little out there for boys. My daughter's name is Camerynn and she loves it. She's also all girl, so naming a girl a unisex name doesn't guarantee a tom-boy! My son's name is Hunter, which we were going to use even if he was a girl. If I ever had another girl I would name her Haidynn or Paitynn. I love those names for girls. You should choose a name that you love and your child can live with. That's the joy of being the parent! Good luck!
