Hmm... this is a hard one because now a lot of west stars are injured. :( so i would choose EAST. dwayne wade and lebron are unstoppable, and arenas can just shoot the lights out. This is too much for the only unstoppable player on the west: kobe.
so i think EAST will win, much more athletic, quicker, and not as many injuries/replacements as teh west

nicely because 10 of the 12 playoff communities might want to conceivably come from the Western convention if it werent for the rules, it might want to be downright embarrasing for them to lose to the East. WEST each and every of how

The West by far has faster players ,better shooters,and better talent,plus the game is in the West and they are the home team.
