if it looks new, bring the reciept and before the date printed on the receipt then try returning it. good luck

Yes! Go to the department where you bought them, tell them you do not want the suit, say it doesn't fit or whatever the case may be. They take back everything, trust me.
I bought two shirts at Penney's for my husband, washed them, ironed them and when he put them on they were too small! I just about died, but they took them back. I got the next size up online, and I walked out of that store with a credit to my account.

Unfortunately, JC Penney has a no-return policy on formal wear if you've taken the tags off. At least, that's how it was when I worked there last year.

no, you have alr remove the tag even though you have the receipt. because if you return it to them they dont have the tag, how are they suppose to resell it?

yes, they will give you a credit if you don't have the receipt.
BEST TIP - wait until they have a sale so that you can use the credit to get more for your money. ; )
