I might agree, but the cat is out of that bag. It is time for us to become resiliant. Americans are resiliant, and we are smart. We have to figure out how to manipulate the global economy, rather than fear it.

There is some truth there. However presidents past and present participated in those organizations coming into being.

Because Bush is a bigger threat than all of them. If you want a global economy, you need a global government.
Bush wants a global economy but he wants to control it himself. Aint gonna happen.
