how do you tag a photo from a site?

im wanting ot display a photo of a famous person i admire & i for got how to tag it (or whatever its called) so i can dispaly it on my wab page

Save the pic on ur desktop. Use imageshack to host the file online. The website will provide a tag for u to host it on ur website.
