i have dark brown hair paleish white skin with yellow undertones and medium brown eyes..i have very SMALL LIPS and want to know what colors i can use to make them appear FULLER?
my style is very girly with a hollister look.

Just touch them up a bit with lip liner (not too much tho) and wear gloss or very light lipstick. Anything dark will accentuate their small appearance.

Try using a light colored lipstick then blend a little powder on just the center of your lower lip to make it appear bigger. (This is if you want to go the simple cheap way) Other than that you could probably just use a product listed above like the stuff from Victoria Secrets. Good luck =)

If you want that Angelina Jolie plump lip look try any color lipgloss from Victoria’s Secret Beauty Rush line, Maybeline,or any type from sephora. Sephora is the best! I dont think the prep style you dress doesnt have anything to do with lipgloss lol.

Usin lip liner helps your lips to appear fuller. Victoria's Secret makes a lip plumper as well as lots of glosses!! YUM

There is a lipstick from cover girl that will make your lips look plumper.....it tingles when you put it on and the shades are really pretty...go with the lighter pinks...i can't remember the name but is in a silver tube with the color pic on one end.It is 7.99 at wal-mart.

I read in a magazine that if you put a little powder on your lips then put on your lipstick/lipgloss on it is supose to make them look fuller. I have tried it and it worked.

I heard that the lighter colors make your lips look bigger. Like the light pinks, peaches, and sheer colors.

Sally Hansen's lip plumping lip gloss works really great, and lasts a very long time. I have small lips too, and I use this everyday. It's pretty cheap too, definitely worth it. Good luck! ;D

Victoria's Secret has a really good lip plumper that actually works and smells and tastes good too. Its 20$ though- but i use it every day so its so worth it.

first u need to line ur lips outside of ur natural lipline.use like a chocolate colour or crimson.den fil in wit ur matchin lipstick n den a clear gloss. remember,light colours asentuates n dark colors recede.
