Life is a game and you better play to win. Those that bow out of the game are the ones you see on the corner covered in their own vomit, locked up in prison, or passed out from drugs or alcohol. Useless. You gotta stay in the game of life and put folks in check, protect your King/Queen, and go for the checkmate. Whoo hoo!

Life is not by any means a game, There happens to be a element in society that does not take life seriously and make a mockery out of life thus making it that much more UN-pleasant with there narrow minded agendas making every day life more persevering.

No, not everyone is a game player. Believe it or not, some people actually try to improve themselves and even help others. That is not a game.

Of course life is a game (and I don't mean the Parker Bros version).
You spend most of the game learning the rules. You win by reaching the desired destination: Money, fame, inner peace, etc.
The only problem is that most folks get too caught up in the "rat race" of "I want to buy the new snazzy car....boat...60" TV, etc."

Some people play games in real life
Some play monopoly they want to be rich
Other play cludo try to solve problems
Some people play survivor to survive
But life is about knowing your creator God, Jesus who stood in our place. Have fun but remember God in all you do.
Love him with all your heart and know that he has forgiven you.

I think it was Shakespeare- who said, "All the World's a stage..." -upon which I think we must be players... -with roles we choose or are thrust upon us. Ultimately Life is what we make it out to be.
