Why would you want to date a 28 year old when they can be your parent. YES, it is against the law for a 28 year old to date a 11 year old child. You are a child and you need time to grow into your life, you will have plenty of time to date. Be a child while you can.

a 28 year old responsible person should know better than to "date" an 11 year old.
an 11 year old is too immatyre to know better.
11 is definitely way below the legal age for sex in the USA.

Yes it is. You should not be dating anyone if you're 11. At least I hope you're the 11 year old and not the 28yr old. Porbably you're not going to listen to any of the advice you hear on yahoo answers. jUst promise me that after you do it, you come back here , start asking questions and maybe you will listen later. Sure, you want to date..okay..but please don't go any olde than 13 if you're eleven.
Just don't go with the 28 year old..trust me

Well I suppose it is "under" the law to date like that. I would think it would be "against" the law but who am I to say what works between brothers and sisters in west virginia

it's against the law stupid. you can't date a 28 year old if you are 11. they want more than a little kid relationship, they want sex and crap, and I KNOW that is against the law.
