Looking for a good, cheap mascara that doesn't smear. I have the tendancy to rub my eyes (bad habit) and mascara smears often. Doesn't necessarily have to be water-proof, just...smear-proof?

Make up works different for different people. Water-proof mascacara isn't a good idea if you do not use a good eye make up remover. Be concious of your eye rubbing & you may be able to break the habit or may be you are allergic to something. Talk with your doctor. Maybe you allergic to the mascara! Look for the hyper-allergetic brands.

MAX FACTOR. Any style it all works great. About $7 at WalMart. Doesnt smudge/run/come off by rubbing, in rain, when crying, when swimming. Only time it came off was when I put eye drops in.

i use covergirl......also take the brush and get mascara on it and spray it with water let it drip of for about 20 secs...then apply and leave it alone for lik 5 minutes and ta dum! goregous

I use jordana and believe it or not once it drys it doesnt smear, its not da best fo great eye shape though.

Mary Kay has awesome mascara...waterproof and not! You should try it!
