i have bluetooth and i want the kind u dont have 2 buy and you can just send it to there and be able 2 send it to other ppl through bluetooth.does anyone know where i could do that??

If you have bluetooth and your computer also has bluetooth, then you can (with the right software) just copy over the songs on your computer to the phone and use it as a ringtone.

What kind of phone is it. Your wireless provider may carry some. Also, try searching the web for "Ring tone websites"
