thats always tough..well you have to have the whole band sit down w/ her and tell her why you dont want her in the band and that you don't want to hurt her feelings in anyway..and that you stilll want to be good friends and not let anything get in between that...don't pull a school of rock and just kick her out...hopefully she'll understand
