we have some one in a band and we don't want in the band and we don't know how to let her know that we don't want her in it and how to say it nicley

thats always tough..well you have to have the whole band sit down w/ her and tell her why you dont want her in the band and that you don't want to hurt her feelings in anyway..and that you stilll want to be good friends and not let anything get in between that...don't pull a school of rock and just kick her out...hopefully she'll understand

Here's a classic tried and true method that always works: YOu simply break up the band, then after she's gone you decide to reform, without her. Works every time.
