That is impossible. Maybe you just have gas!!!!! Take a tums and it will go away. You might have been running or something and got cramps. You might have also just ate the wrong thing. If it is EXTREMELY bad, which it might be, assuming so because you came to the assumption that you are PREGNANT!!!!!!! Sooo....take a tums or just go to the doctors' office.
