I'd say North Korea, they think theirs is the best country in the whole and regard their leader as a veritable God.
I just saw a news report tonight on the subject, it impressed me a lot!
They're starving, are extremely poor and live under an iron dictatorship, though.
See how easy it is to control people's minds. Using ANY excuse, patriotism or whatever.
