A is kind of rediculous because times change, and new technologies will be utilized but along the way there could be new illnesses inflicting man as a result of the learning process, who knows. Microbes could evolve into " New diseases" so a cure-all seems limited to the time the person selecting this is in, and not generations yet to follow.
Limitless Energy if it were truly limitless in the future and not only according to totay's standards.
Interstellar travel would be nice, but I don't think we are even close to being prepared for what we may find out ther, or encounter. I think, our first concern should be home base, before considering expansion.
D seems a bit of a gamble, it may explain all or may explain nothing.
With one choice I would pick B, it would do the most good for the greatest number of people today and into the future.

Of the options presented, I would like too see interstellar travel. Due to the massive distances involved to get to the nearest star, not to mention all the other stars too, mastering interstellar travel will allow for spin off technologies. An analogy to this is the race to the moon creating the computer revolution of today. The technology of interstellar travel will need to generate an enormous amount of energy if travel within a person lifetime is to be achieved. So case B would be taken care of. If an epidemic hit earth, and kill everyone on the surface, then we just move to another star. So case A is taken care of. As for case D, it's probably a no answer.
So, interstellar travel is the obvious choice.

D, because it will allow the building of self aware, self programmable computers, which will be able to solve all the other problems you show as well as many you don't even mention.
