Do they have a car? Get some dog poo from a nearby field.Wrap it in a bag.Take it to the car in the middle of the night,and put in under the drivers door handle.Make sure it can't be seen.Wait and watch! My mum did this when I was younger to a neighbour.They had been stealing her g-strings off the washing line late at night.So that was her revenge!! In the morning it was so funny.We were hiding behind the curtains,watching.He went to the car,and yuk!! He started shaking it,and had to go back into his house!! ha ha
