I had a cortisone shot 5 weeks ago, my elbow felt fine for 3 weeks but then my elbow pain came roaring back worse than before the injection. I have been using this tennis elbow secrets program now for 5 days and my elbow feels much better. I can really feel my arm getting stronger as each day passes.

I was told to wrap my elbows. Keep them both warm. Diet, and light exercises nothing to strenuous. When flaring I have to wrap them and not use or try not to use them. Both mine flair together and other then the pain it really is inconvenient.
All other doctors call it arthritis, I had a doctor lately diagnose it as tennis elbow.

I had the same problem. Went to my local wal-mart and bought a elastic elbow pad. This item is made for T-elbow. Cost was about $8.00 it worked well. It's not really worn on the elbo, but just below.
Not sure how it works but it did the job. I still use it for pervention when bowling or playing R-Ball. Hope this helps, sorry I can't recall the name.

If rubbing 100% peanut oil into your elbows twice daily doesn't help within several days than go to a chiropractor, you have a bone out of alignment that is causing the pain.

Massage, fomentation, ice packs etc. should help. Rescue Remedy Spray will be worth trying. Arnica Mont cream is another option. Rescue and Arnica will be availble in healthfood stores.

Call a massage therapist or a physical therapist. There are muscles and tendons in the elbow that can be worked to relieve the pain. They can show you how to work on it yourself too.
