You want to know why everyone cares about you being crazy? It's because you post this question onYahoo! If you really wanted to brake your arm, you would. Basically you could not think of anything smart to ask so, you asked this stupid question.

Climb up a slide and hold onto in side and jump off still holding the side with the arm u want to break. It doesnt hurt to badly if you do it right. I broke my arm like that when I was little. That is why you dont climb up slides, I learned my lesson the hard way.
Now why would you want to break your arm?

As long as you are not trying to delibratly trying to hurt yourself. You just have to fall down really hard our twist it the wrong way so the bones get disalined!!!!!!!!!! IT HURTS!!!!!!!!!
