well, i know he hates Vince McMahon, that is for sure.
As far as i know, he never really hated America, he hated the fans for turning on him and start cheering for Stone Cold Steve Austin.
I'm pretty sure he's over it now, i'm pretty sure he buried the hatchet around the time he was inducted into the Hall of Fame.

Bret Hart doesn't hate the USA. It is just a part of an angle he did with the Hart Foundation back in 1997. He holds a dual citizenship in Canada and the USA.

At the WWE Hall Of Fame last year he got a huge cheer but he seemed miserable so....i don't know.
